These values are more than just passing notions to us, they are the backbone of our company and have guided us through the past decade of being in business. In line with our values, we do not tolerate harassment of employees, customers, or vendors in any form. Abusive (physical or verbal), discriminating, bullying, harassing or illegal activities have no place here, and we encourage reporting of any violations of this code of conduct. Employees should report violations to their immediate supervisor, or to Executive Management if they are not comfortable speaking to their supervisor.

Violations of this code can result in warnings, suspensions, termination or other consequences. Individuals who have acted in unwelcome ways to their teammates but are given a chance to correct it must demonstrate a renewed commitment to do better.

The people who make up Jackalope are the reason we get to have the best jobs in the world. Our goal is always to respect and nurture the culture that brought them here in the first place, and to ensure a positive environment for us all.
