Questions? We have answers!FAQ

Where do I park?

We have parking lots in the front and the rear of the brewery, as well as street parking surrounding the brewery on Houston Street, Pillow Street, and Humphrey’s Street. There is also a paid parking lot in front of our brewery (psst… ask your bartender for the free parking code!), but we always recommend street parking or parking in the rear of the brewery by the silo, as it is always free!

Can we tour The Ranch?

Yep, we offer tours on Fridays at 5:30pm, and Saturdays at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30pm. Tours are $10 a person and include a pint glass, a tasting of four beers brewed at The Ranch, and a tour of Jackalope’s main production facility. To purchase tickets in advance, please visit

Want to keep it private? We’re able to set-up a private tour for groups larger than 15 people. Please email for additional details.

Do you have food?

We do not have a full menu, but we do have a Small Bites menu accessible on the “Currently Pouring at The Ranch Taproom” menu below. In-house, we offer:

  • Pretzel + Beer Cheese Plate with two large soft Backerei Dohring German pretzels, served warm with house-made Bearwalker Maple Brown beer mustard and a cold, house-made, Bearwalker beer sharp cheddar cheese spread. $9/plate
  • Cheese + Bread Plate with aged cheddar, seasonal jam, and locally-made Dozen sourdough. $10/plate
  • Charcuterie Board with Toscano salami, aged cheddar, locally-made Dozen sourdough, cornichon pickles, seasonal jam, and carmon olive mix. $15/plate

We often have food trucks outside! Wednesdays with Chang Noi Thai Lao Fusion Truck, Thursdays with Gattara Pizza Truck, and rotating trucks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Check @jackalopetaproom Instagram and Twitter accounts for daily food truck updates.

You’re more than welcome to bring your food into the taproom. We recommend local favorites like Hattie B’s, Five Points Pizza, Peg Leg Porker, Martin’s, Clawson’s Pub…the list goes on!

Do you have a patio?

Yes we do have a patio, complete with tables, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a colorful mural designed by The Block Shop, and most importantly, full-size shuffleboard. Dogs are allowed on the patio, so please bring your furry friend.

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes! We allow dogs on our patio. Ask the bartender for a water bowl for your pup. Due to city ordinance, we are unable to allow dogs inside in the taproom.

Is there anything available for the non-beer drinkers?

Yes! We offer rotating cider and root beer on tap. We also recommend the walkable local coffee shops, including Humphrey’s Street, Americano, and Falcon in the area for to-go drinks that you are more than welcome to bring into the taproom.

Are children allowed in the taproom?

Yep! We allow children in the taproom, and have coloring pages and crayons available. Be sure to ask your bartender for some Jackalope antlers for the young ones (or for yourself. Don’t be shy).

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes, Tennessee state law requires that we ID everyone who is drinking beer. Yes, even the people that look over 21. Please be sure to bring your valid (non-expired), state registered license.

Do you host private events?

Yes! We host private events at our brand new events space called The Loft on the second floor of The Ranch Taproom. We rent out The Loft for everything from rehearsal dinners to birthday parties. Please send an email to for additional details, or check out our private event space rental page here.

Do you sell beer to-go?

Yes, we sell cold 6-packs of Thunder Ann, Bearwalker and Sarka, as well as our current seasonal. We also sell 32oz and 64oz growlers of most anything on the draft board. We fill any other company’s growler (because we were told it’s what’s on the inside that counts).

Do you sell kegs?

Yes! We do sell kegs of our year-round beers, as well as limited availability of seasonals and small batches. Shoot us an email at for pricing and availability.
