Jackalope Brewing Company Moves All Operations to Wedgewood-Houston
Nashville, Tennessee, 2/15/21 – Jackalope Brewing Company announces the closing of its original Nashville location, The Den, at 701 8th Avenue South as they move all operations to 429B Houston Street, in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. The facility, lovingly dubbed ‘The Ranch,’ houses a 15,000 square foot state of the art brewing facility, taproom, and private event space.
“It is bittersweet for me to make the announcement that Jackalope will not be re-opening the Den taproom location to the public,” said Founder/CEO Bailey Spaulding. “As Jackalope grew, we knew we needed to find a new home, and so two years ago, we opened the Ranch, just a short 1.5 mile distance away in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. This brewery is a representation of where we are now – we’ve grown so much, not only in volume but also creatively. We’ve had a lot of fun in the past almost ten years, and the Ranch will really continue to showcase that.”
“It had always been our plan to leave our 8th Avenue location at the conclusion of our lease in 2021, the current environment just helped speed up that timeline,” adds Jackalope’s President, Steve Wright. “While leaving our original facility is of course emotionally difficult because of all the great memories, having our entire team under one roof will certainly be a huge plus.”
With the move to this facility, Jackalope continues to maintain its commitment to quality beer, community involvement, and sustainability – all while having a little bit of fun!
The Ranch taproom is open regularly Thursday – Sunday, with hours available at www.jackalopebrew.com. Brewery tours are available for small groups on Saturday.
