Today is National Homebrew Day, and we’re honored to be brewing Pangaea Proxima Polar IPA, the official recipe we conjured up for today’s Big Brew Day celebration.
Pangaea Proxima brings together New Zealand hops and Norwegian Kveik yeast, showing off the harmony that can be created by uniting ingredients from across the globe. Cheers to all of you homebrewers out there, may your boils be rolling and your fermentations be active!
