What does the food & beverage minimum cover?

F&B minimums typically cover one drink per guest or your catering order.

What's your cancellation policy?

100% refund of deposit up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund between 29 and 15 days. Non-refundable within 14 days of the event.

Do you require a certificate of insurance?

No COI is required for events at our venue.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes — all spaces and bathrooms are ADA accessible.

Is parking free?

Yes. Onsite lot, street parking, and low-cost lots directly behind us.
